The Illinois
Association of Small Counties is partnering with the Illinois EPA to publish a
newsletter with information on State of Illinois environmental programs and
resources. The first volume of the newsletter has information about how
to access funds from the federal stimulus bill (The American Recovery and
Reinvestment Act of 2009) for various clean water, drinking water, land, and
air quality projects.
